This Disclaimer (“Disclaimer”) describes important limitations on the Resodro AI services, content, and outputs. It applies to your access to and use of:

including related features, APIs, and support (collectively, the “Services”).

This Disclaimer supplements our Terms of Service at https://resodro.ai/legal/terms-of-service. For disclaimers, warranties, and limitations described here, this Disclaimer controls over the Terms of Service where they conflict, except that limitation of liability amounts and dispute resolution are set out in the Terms of Service (Sections 23 and 25).

By visiting the Website, creating an Account, accepting our Terms and applicable policies at registration (or checkout, where offered), or otherwise using the Services, you acknowledge this Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. General “as is” disclaimer

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICES (INCLUDING THE WEBSITE, APP, DOCUMENTATION, SUPPORT, AND ALL CONTENT WE PROVIDE) ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.

WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or limits warranties or liabilities that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights in India, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and other jurisdictions where you live or consume the Services.

3. Not professional advice

3.1 No legal, immigration, tax, or regulatory advice

Content on the Website and outputs in the App (including AI-generated text) are for general information and career support only. They are not legal advice, immigration advice, tax advice, or regulatory guidance. We are not a law firm or immigration consultant. Consult qualified professionals before making decisions that depend on law, visas, work authorization, or compliance.

3.2 No employment, recruiting, or HR advice

Resodro AI is not your employer, recruiter, hiring manager, or human resources department. We do not guarantee interviews, callbacks, offers, employment, compensation, promotions, or outcomes with any employer. Job listings and relevance scores are informational tools, not hiring decisions.

3.3 No financial advice

We do not provide investment, banking, insurance, or financial planning advice. Paid subscriptions are sold through Dodo Payments Inc. and/or its affiliates (“Dodo Payments”) acting as merchant of record and reseller on behalf of Resodro AI. Taxes and the amount charged at checkout are determined by Dodo Payments; list prices shown in the App or on the Website may differ from amounts charged.

3.4 No medical or mental health advice

The Services are not a medical device and do not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic advice. Interview preparation is practice and coaching simulation, not diagnosis or treatment. If you need mental health support, contact a qualified professional or emergency services in your area.

3.5 No career counseling fiduciary relationship

Nothing in the Services creates an attorney-client, recruiter-client, fiduciary, agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between you and Resodro AI.

4. Website content and marketing

4.1 Informational purpose

Website pages (including pricing, feature descriptions, and legal policy summaries) are provided for general information only. They may become outdated. Feature availability may vary by plan, region, and configuration.

4.2 Testimonials and examples

From time to time we may display testimonials, case studies, or examples on the Website when available. They reflect individual experiences and are not guarantees that you will achieve similar results. We do not verify every statement in user-provided testimonials. Results depend on your skills, market conditions, employers, and many factors outside our control.

4.3 Third-party links

The Website and App may link to third-party sites (employers, job boards, sign-in providers, payment pages, documentation). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.

5. AI-powered features

Parts of the Services use AI Features (including third-party models and related services) to generate, evaluate, rank, transcribe, or transform content.

5.1 Outputs may be wrong

AI-generated or AI-assisted resumes, cover letters, profile suggestions, interview feedback, job match scores, insights summaries, and similar outputs may be:

• inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated;
• biased or inappropriate for your context;
• inconsistent with employer requirements or industry norms; or
• formatted incorrectly for your target application.

Outputs are suggestions only, not facts. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying everything before use.

5.2 No guarantee of quality or outcomes

We do not warrant that AI Features will produce error-free, plagiarism-free, ATS-optimized, or interview-winning materials. Automated checks and evaluations are heuristic and may miss issues or flag false positives.

5.3 Automated processing and profiling

We may use automated processing (including profiling related to job preferences, targets, and relevance scoring) as described in our Privacy Policy at https://resodro.ai/legal/privacy-policy. Scores and rankings are estimates, not objective measures of your ability or fit.

5.4 Third-party AI providers

AI processing may involve subprocessors listed at https://resodro.ai/legal/subprocessors. Their availability, policies, and model behavior may change without notice. We are not responsible for third-party model outages, policy changes, or content filtering decisions.

5.5 Prohibited reliance

Do not rely on the Services as your sole source for decisions affecting employment, immigration, legal rights, health, or safety.

6. Resumes, cover letters, and document import/export

The App may allow you to create, edit, import, evaluate, and export career documents using supported formats and tools available in the product.

• Import accuracy: Extracted text and structure from uploaded files may be incomplete or misread.
• Templates: Templates and export layouts are licensed for use through the Services as described in the Terms of Service. Layout rendering may differ by browser, printer, or PDF engine.
• Exports: PDF or other export features may be unavailable during maintenance or outages.
• Your representations: You are responsible for truthfulness and legality of materials you submit to employers or authorities.

7. Interview preparation

Interview features are simulated practice tools, including optional microphone and camera use, transcription, coaching feedback, optional exercises, speech-related playback features where offered, and related analytics.

• They are not live employer interviews, proctored exams, or certified assessments.
• Transcription may mishear words, accents, or technical terms.
• Video or multimodal analysis (when enabled) is approximate and may misinterpret lighting, background, or expressions.
• Technical exercise feedback is educational only, not a substitute for formal technical evaluation.
• You must comply with laws on recording and consent and must not record third parties without permission where required.

8. Job search and third-party listings

Job postings, employer names, logos, descriptions, compensation hints, links, and metadata may come from third-party job data providers and employer sites.

WE DO NOT:

• control, endorse, or guarantee any listing or employer;
• verify that listings are current, accurate, legitimate, or still accepting applications; or
• guarantee that applying will produce any response.

Listings may be outdated, duplicated, withdrawn, or misclassified. External application links are governed by third-party terms. Your interactions with employers are solely between you and them.

We may retain or delete stored listings and related job-search data according to our Privacy Policy.

Optional job-alert emails depend on email delivery providers and your settings; delivery is not guaranteed.

9. Insights and usage dashboards

Insights and similar dashboards summarize activity and metrics drawn from your use of the Services. They are provided for convenience only, may contain errors, and should not be treated as official records for employment, legal, or compliance purposes.

10. Account, authentication, and security

The App uses third-party authentication services and session mechanisms as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy at https://resodro.ai/legal/cookie-policy.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• unauthorized access, data breaches, or account compromise will never occur;
• password safety checks will detect every compromised password; or
• multi-factor authentication (when enabled) eliminates all risk.

You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and notifying us at https://resodro.ai/contact if you suspect unauthorized access.

We do not currently publish a SOC 2 report or dedicated security certifications page. Security practices are described at a high level in our Privacy Policy; no particular security standard is guaranteed.

11. Billing and subscriptions

Paid plans are sold through Dodo Payments acting as merchant of record and reseller on behalf of Resodro AI. Dodo Payments (not Resodro AI) processes payments. Your statement may show a billing descriptor assigned by Dodo Payments. We do not guarantee uninterrupted billing portal access, correct tax display in every jurisdiction, or uninterrupted paid features during payment disputes.

12. Help requests and support

When enabled, in-app help requests may be delivered to support channels through integrations and providers we configure. Support responses are best-effort, not guaranteed within a particular time. Help content you submit is your responsibility.

13. Communications and email

We may send transactional messages (verification, password reset, security, billing, job alerts if enabled). Delivery depends on email infrastructure, third-party mailbox providers, and your spam filters. We do not guarantee delivery to every inbox.

14. Third-party services and subprocessors

The Services integrate with or rely on third parties described in our Privacy Policy and at https://resodro.ai/legal/subprocessors, including categories such as hosting, storage, authentication, AI, payments, job data, email delivery, and—where enabled—analytics or advertising technologies on the Website.

YOUR USE OF THIRD-PARTY SERVICES IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR THIRD-PARTY ACTS, OMISSIONS, OUTAGES, OR POLICY CHANGES.

15. Availability, plan limits, and changes

We may add, change, limit, suspend, or remove features at any time. Plan limits (such as usage caps on AI features, sessions, or other quotas) are applied in the App as described in-plan and may change in accordance with the Terms of Service.

We may perform maintenance that temporarily limits access. Free Plan access may be modified or discontinued.

16. User content and intellectual property

You retain ownership of your User Content as described in the Terms of Service, subject to licenses you grant us. We do not warrant that storing User Content on our systems will meet your backup, archival, or compliance needs. You should maintain your own copies.

Our trademarks, software, and template systems remain our property or our licensors’. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Resodro AI is not currently registered in the U.S. Copyright Office Designated Agent Directory.

17. Organizational and business use

If you use the Services on behalf of an organization and provide personal data about others (for example employees or candidates), the Data Processing Agreement at https://resodro.ai/legal/data-processing-agreement applies to that processing. You are responsible for your organization’s compliance and for having a lawful basis to process that data.

18. International use

The Services are operated from India. If you access them from other countries, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for local law compliance, including data protection and employment laws.

You must not use the Services in violation of applicable export control or sanctions laws.

19. Limitation of liability (reference)

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as set out in Section 23 of the Terms of Service, including:

• exclusion of indirect and consequential damages; and
• a cap on direct damages equal to the greater of amounts you paid for the Services in the prior 12 months (through Dodo Payments where applicable) or USD 100.

Third-party liability (employers, job boards, payment processors, AI providers) is disclaimed. Mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence may apply.

Disputes are subject to the governing law, informal resolution, arbitration, and courts provisions in Section 25 of the Terms of Service (India / Bihar / Patna, subject to mandatory local consumer rights).

20. Indemnification (reference)

You agree to indemnify Resodro AI as described in Section 24 of the Terms of Service for claims arising from your User Content, use of the Services, violations of our policies, or disputes with third parties, to the extent permitted by law.

21. Privacy and grievances

Personal data processing is described in our Privacy Policy at https://resodro.ai/legal/privacy-policy.

We have not appointed a separate Data Protection Officer or EU/UK representative. We have not appointed a named Grievance Officer (India). Privacy requests, grievances, and regulatory inquiries: https://resodro.ai/contact.

EEA/UK data subjects may lodge complaints with a supervisory authority. We encourage you to contact us first.

22. Changes to this disclaimer

We may update this Disclaimer from time to time. We will post the current version at https://resodro.ai/legal/disclaimer and update the “Last updated” date at the top.

For material changes, we may provide additional notice (for example, by email to your Account email, a notice in the App, or a banner on the Website).

Your continued use of the Services after the “Last updated” date constitutes acceptance of the revised Disclaimer where permitted by law, except where applicable law requires your explicit consent or gives you additional rights.

If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services and may cancel any paid subscription as described in our Cancellation and Refund Policy at https://resodro.ai/legal/cancellation-and-refund-policy.
