Copyright and DMCA Policy

This Copyright and DMCA Policy outlines the procedures followed by Resodro AI for addressing copyright infringement claims and protecting intellectual property rights in connection with our Services, including our website, applications, platforms, APIs, and related features.

Last updated: May 26, 2026

1. Introduction

This Copyright and DMCA Policy (“Policy”) explains how Resodro AI (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles copyright and related intellectual property matters for:

  • https://resodro.ai and its pages (the “Website”); and
  • https://app.resodro.ai (the “App”),

including related features, APIs, and support (collectively, the “Services”).

This Policy supplements our Terms of Service at https://resodro.ai/legal/terms-of-service. For copyright complaints, takedowns, and counter-notices, this Policy controls over the Terms of Service where they conflict.

We respect intellectual property rights and expect users to do the same.

General contact: https://resodro.ai/contact

Copyright notices (required channel): dmca [at] resodro [dot] ai

(Remove spaces and replace “[at]” with “@” and “[dot]” with “.” to form the email address.)

2. How the Services relate to copyright

2.1 Resodro AI materials

The Services, including software, design, branding, documentation, templates, and export layouts (excluding your User Content), are owned by Resodro AI or our licensors and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Except as allowed in the Terms of Service, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of those materials.

2.2 Your User Content

User Content means information and materials you submit to the Services (profile data, resumes, cover letters, interview responses, uploads, preferences, messages, and similar content). As between you and Resodro AI, you retain ownership of your User Content, subject to the license you grant us in the Terms of Service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use and upload User Content, including text, images, logos, profile photos, and other files you choose to import. Do not upload material that infringes another party’s copyright or other rights.

2.3 Account content and visibility

The App is primarily an account-based career application. User Content is ordinarily available to the account holder and processed by us and service providers as described in our Privacy Policy at https://resodro.ai/legal/privacy-policy. We may remove or restrict material on the Services when we receive a valid infringement notice or when required by law.

2.4 Website content and testimonials

The Website may display our marketing content and, when available, testimonials or examples submitted by users or partners. We do not guarantee that every third-party or user-supplied statement on the Website is accurate or authorized.

2.5 Third-party job listings and links

Job postings, employer names, logos, descriptions, and metadata may come from third-party sources. We do not control those materials. Infringement concerns regarding a specific posting may need to be directed to the relevant employer, job board, or data source, but you may still notify us using the process below if you believe material is accessible through our Services.

3. U.S. Copyright Office designated agent status

Resodro AI is not currently registered in the U.S. Copyright Office Designated Agent Directory under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”).

We still accept copyright infringement notices as described in this Policy and will process valid notices in good faith. Submitting a notice to dmca [at] resodro [dot] ai is the required channel for copyright complaints under this Policy.

If we later register a designated agent, we will update this Policy and, where required, complete the registration.

4. Reporting copyright infringement

If you believe that material on the Services infringes your copyright (or a copyright you are authorized to enforce), send a written notice to:

Email: dmca [at] resodro [dot] ai

Postal mail (optional):

Resodro AI

Kankarbagh, Patna, Bihar-800020, India

Please use the email address above as the primary channel so we can respond promptly.

4.1 Information to include in your notice

Your notice should include all of the following to the extent applicable under the law of your jurisdiction. For notices relating to U.S. copyright and the DMCA, include the elements in Section 4.1(a). For other countries, include substantially similar information so we can identify the work and the material at issue.

(a) Elements for U.S. DMCA notices (17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3))

  • Physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
  • Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate it (for example, URLs on the Website, the Account email associated with App content if known, a description of where the material appeared, dates, and screenshots).
  • Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

(b) Additional helpful information (all jurisdictions)

  • Whether you are the rights holder or an authorized agent (and proof of authorization if you are an agent).
  • The jurisdiction in which you claim rights.
  • Whether you request removal, access restriction, or another remedy.
  • Any relevant registration or reference numbers for the work.

4.2 What we may do after receiving a notice

If we receive a notice that appears valid and complete, we may:

  • remove or disable access to the identified material;
  • notify the affected user (where applicable and permitted by law);
  • terminate or suspend Accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances; and
  • take other steps required or permitted by law.

We are not obligated to act on incomplete or abusive notices. We may request additional information before taking action.

4.3 Misrepresentations

Under the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages. Submit notices only in good faith.

5. Counter-notification (U.S. DMCA)

If you believe material you submitted was removed or disabled because of mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to dmca [at] resodro [dot] ai.

Under the DMCA, a counter-notification must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which Resodro AI may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original infringement notice or their agent.

If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the material in accordance with the DMCA and applicable law, unless the complainant files an action seeking a court order against you within the time periods set by law.

6. Repeat infringer policy

In appropriate circumstances, we may terminate or suspend the Accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright or other intellectual property rights. We may consider the severity of the conduct, the number of valid notices, and other factors. We are not obligated to warn users before termination where permitted by law or our Terms of Service.

7. Other intellectual property complaints

This Policy focuses on copyright. For other concerns:

Concern Where to contact
Trademark misuse on the Services https://resodro.ai/contact (include details and URLs)
Privacy or personal data https://resodro.ai/contact and Privacy Policy
Acceptable Use / abuse https://resodro.ai/contact and Acceptable Use Policy
Patent or other IP https://resodro.ai/contact

We will route complaints as appropriate but may direct you to a specific process when another policy applies.

8. Copyright complaints outside the United States

Users and rightsholders access the Services from many countries. If you are outside the United States, you may send a notice under Section 4 with information required by your local law (for example, sufficient identification of the work and infringing material and your authority to act).

We will review notices under applicable copyright and intermediary rules in the relevant jurisdiction(s).

Nothing in this Policy limits non-waivable rights of consumers or rightsholders under applicable law.

9. Resodro AI enforcement of its rights

If you believe someone is using our trademarks, software, or templates without permission, contact https://resodro.ai/contact with details. Unauthorized use may violate the Terms of Service and applicable law.

10. No legal advice; no agency

We do not provide legal advice. This Policy does not create a lawyer-client relationship. Processing a notice or counter-notification does not mean we endorse either party’s position.
