Acceptable Use Policy

1. Introduction

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) describes rules for using Resodro AI and our online services. It applies to anyone who accesses or uses:

• https://resodro.ai and its pages (the “Website”); and
• https://app.resodro.ai (the “App”),

including related features, content, tools, APIs, and support (collectively, the “Services”).

This Policy supplements our Terms of Service at https://resodro.ai/legal/terms-of-service. If there is a conflict between the Terms of Service and this Policy on matters of acceptable use, this Policy controls for those matters unless the Terms of Service expressly state otherwise.

By visiting the Website, creating an Account, accepting our Terms and applicable policies at registration (or checkout, where offered), or otherwise using the Services, you agree to follow this Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Who must comply

This Policy applies to:

• visitors to the Website;
• registered users of the App;
• anyone acting on behalf of an organization that uses the Services; and
• anyone who interacts with us through support, help requests, or other channels related to the Services.

If you use the Services for an organization, you are responsible for ensuring that your personnel and anyone you authorize comply with this Policy.

3. Purpose of the services

Resodro AI provides AI-assisted career tools for individuals and career development. Depending on your plan and what we make available, the Services may include:

• account registration and authentication (including supported email/password and third-party sign-in methods when offered);
• profile and career data storage (including optional profile photos);
• resume and cover letter creation, editing, import, AI assistance, evaluation, and export where offered;
• interview preparation (practice sessions, optional microphone and camera features, transcription and coaching-style feedback, optional exercises, and speech-related features where enabled);
• browsing or exploring job listings sourced from third parties, with ranking and filters where offered, and optional notifications;
• summaries or dashboards based on your activity;
• subscription billing for paid plans; and
• help requests routed to our support channels through tools we configure.

The Services are not a recruiting agency, employer, immigration service, legal advisor, or medical or mental health provider. Use them only for lawful career-related purposes consistent with this Policy.

4. General conduct

You agree to use the Services in a lawful, respectful, and honest manner. Without limiting the rest of this Policy, you must not:

• violate applicable law or regulation in any jurisdiction where you use the Services or where your conduct has effects;
• infringe or misappropriate intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any person or entity;
• harass, threaten, abuse, defame, discriminate against, or harm others;
• submit User Content (as defined in the Terms of Service) that is false, misleading, fraudulent, obscene, hateful, or otherwise unlawful;
• use the Services to send spam, phishing, or unsolicited commercial messages;
• interfere with others’ use of the Services or with our operations; or
• rely on the Services as a substitute for professional legal, immigration, financial, medical, psychological, or career counseling.

We may investigate suspected violations and take action under Section 18.

5. Accounts, credentials, and security

5.1 Accurate information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete Account information and keep it updated. Do not create Accounts using false identities or contact details you do not control.

5.2 Personal accounts

Accounts are personal unless we expressly authorize a team or enterprise offering in writing. You must not:

• sell, transfer, license, or share Account credentials;
• allow others to use your Account except as we expressly permit; or
• create multiple Accounts to evade limits, suspensions, or enforcement.

5.3 Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and authentication factors (including multi-factor authentication, when enabled). You must:

• meet our password requirements and avoid compromised passwords (we may use industry-appropriate methods to discourage clearly unsafe passwords);
• notify us promptly at https://resodro.ai/contact if you suspect unauthorized access; and
• not attempt to access another user’s Account or our non-public systems.

5.4 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) and not prohibited from using the Services under applicable law. The Services are not intended for children.

6. User content

“User Content” means information and materials you submit to the Services (profile data, resumes, cover letters, interview responses, uploads, preferences, messages, and similar content).

6.1 Your rights and responsibilities

You represent that you have all rights necessary to provide User Content and that it complies with this Policy and applicable law. You are solely responsible for User Content and for how you use outputs (including in job applications and employer communications).

6.2 Prohibited content

You must not submit User Content that:

• impersonates another person or misstates your identity, qualifications, employment history, education, licenses, or work authorization;
• contains malware, viruses, or code designed to disrupt systems;
• includes unlawful hate speech, violence, exploitation, or child sexual abuse material (we may report such content to authorities);
• violates confidentiality obligations (for example, an employer’s trade secrets) unless you have a lawful right to share it; or
• includes sensitive data you are not comfortable sharing with us and our subprocessors (see Section 6.3).

6.3 Sensitive information

Do not submit information you are not comfortable sharing with us and subprocessors listed at https://resodro.ai/legal/subprocessors, including:

• government ID numbers;
• financial account or payment card details (paid subscriptions are handled by our merchant of record at checkout; do not upload card data to us as User Content);
• health information; or
• confidential employer or third-party secrets,

unless you have a lawful right and a legitimate need to include it in your career materials.

6.4 Backups and exports

You are responsible for maintaining your own copies of important documents. Do not use the Services as your only archive.

7. AI-powered features

Parts of the Services use AI Features (including third-party models and related services) to generate, evaluate, rank, transcribe, or transform content.

7.1 Human review required

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, outdated, or inappropriate. They are suggestions only. You must review and verify all outputs before using them in applications, interviews, immigration filings, or communications with employers or authorities.

7.2 Prohibited uses of AI Features

You must not:

• present AI-generated content as guaranteed facts or as written solely by you without appropriate review and disclosure where required;
• use the Services to generate content that violates law or third-party rights (for example, defamatory statements about identifiable individuals);
• use automated means to send high volumes of AI-generated applications or messages in a way that constitutes spam or harms recipients;
• use the Services to build or train a competing product or to train third-party models using our Services, outputs, or proprietary elements, except as we expressly allow in writing; or
• attempt to extract model parameters, prompts, or other proprietary elements through probing or abuse.

7.3 No employment guarantee

You must not represent that Resodro AI guarantees interviews, job offers, employment, compensation, or visa or work authorization.

7.4 Usage limits

We may enforce plan and fair-use limits in the product. You must not circumvent, disable, or evade those limits (for example by creating multiple Accounts, abusing API access, or using scripts to automate restricted actions).

8. Resumes, cover letters, and document import

You may create, edit, import, and export career documents through the Services as offered in the product. You must not:

• upload files you do not have the right to use;
• upload documents containing others’ personal data without a lawful basis (for example, submitting someone else’s resume as your own);
• use import or export features to distribute malware or unrelated illegal content; or
• extract, resell, or redistribute our templates or export layouts outside the Services except as permitted in the Terms of Service.

9. Interview preparation features

Interview features are coaching and simulation tools, not live employer interviews, psychological counseling, or legal advice.

9.1 Device permissions

Interview preparation may request access to your microphone and, if you enable it, camera. Use these features only in appropriate private settings.

9.2 Recording and consent

You must comply with laws on recording, surveillance, and consent. You must not use interview or recording features to record third parties (for example, colleagues, interviewers, or bystanders) without consent where required by law.

9.3 Prohibited conduct

You must not:

• use interview features to harass, threaten, or exploit others;
• submit unlawful, sexually explicit, or violent content through interview flows; or
• stream or publish others’ likeness or voice obtained through the Services without their permission where required.

10. Job search and third-party listings

Job postings and related data may come from third parties. You must not:

• scrape, harvest, or bulk-download job listings or metadata from the Services except as we expressly permit;
• misrepresent your affiliation with Resodro AI, employers, or job boards;
• use listing data to spam employers or violate third-party terms; or
• republish large datasets derived from the Services for commercial redistribution without our written permission.

Your interactions with employers are solely between you and them. We are not a party to any employment relationship or application.

11. Billing, subscriptions, and payments

Paid plans are sold through Dodo Payments Inc. and/or its affiliates (“Dodo Payments”) acting as merchant of record and reseller on behalf of Resodro AI. You must not:

• use stolen payment methods or engage in payment fraud or chargeback abuse;
• share or resell paid plan access in violation of the Terms of Service; or
• misrepresent your location or identity to evade taxes or pricing.

Canceling your Account does not automatically cancel a Dodo Payments subscription. Follow our Cancellation and Refund Policy at https://resodro.ai/legal/cancellation-and-refund-policy.

12. Help requests and communications

When enabled, you may submit in-app help requests. These may be delivered to our support tooling through integrations we configure; routing and retention can vary by channel.

You must not:

• submit help requests containing unlawful content, threats, or harassment;
• include others’ sensitive personal data without a lawful basis;
• misuse support channels (including attempts to circumvent rate limits we apply); or
• use help or contact channels to probe security or deliver malware.

Transactional emails (verification, security, billing, job alerts if enabled) are described in the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Marketing opt-out rules apply where required by law.

13. Website use

The Website provides information about Resodro AI, pricing, legal policies, testimonials (when available), and links to the App.

You must not:

• use the Website to distribute malware or conduct phishing;
• attempt unauthorized access to our systems or the App;
• misuse contact forms or subscribe others without consent; or
• frame or mirror the Website in a misleading way.

Where we use analytics, advertising, or consent tools on the Website, you must not interfere with required consent mechanisms where applicable law requires them. See our Cookie Policy at https://resodro.ai/legal/cookie-policy.

14. Technical restrictions and fair use

You must not:

• probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Services or breach security measures;
• access the Services through unauthorized automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) except ordinary public indexing of the Website as our public rules allow, or with our written permission;
• overload or disrupt the Services (including denial-of-service attacks);
• reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Services except where applicable law expressly permits;
• bypass authentication, usage limits, or access controls; or
• use the Services in violation of export control, sanctions, or anti-bribery laws.

We may throttle, queue, or deny requests to protect stability and prevent abuse, including when you exceed applicable limits.

15. Intellectual property and copyright

The Services, including software, design, branding, and templates (excluding your User Content), are owned by Resodro AI or licensors. You must not:

• copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Services except as allowed by law or these policies;
• remove proprietary notices; or
• use “Resodro AI” trademarks or logos without prior written permission.

Resodro AI is not currently registered in the U.S. Copyright Office Designated Agent Directory. We still accept notices as described in that policy.

16. Privacy and organizational use

Our Privacy Policy at https://resodro.ai/legal/privacy-policy describes how we process personal data.

• Personal use: If you use the Services for your own career as an individual, the Data Processing Agreement at https://resodro.ai/legal/data-processing-agreement does not apply.
• Organizational or business use: If you use the Services on behalf of a company or provide personal data about employees, contractors, or candidates, the Data Processing Agreement applies to that processing. You must have authority to provide such data and a lawful basis under applicable law.

By using the Services, you agree to each applicable incorporated policy for your type of use, as described in the Terms of Service.

17. Third-party services

The Services integrate with third parties (for example authentication, AI, payments, job data, email, and hosting) described in our Privacy Policy and at https://resodro.ai/legal/subprocessors. Your use of third-party sign-in or payment flows is also subject to their terms. You must comply with those terms and must not use third-party integrations to violate this Policy.

We are not responsible for third-party acts or omissions.

18. Enforcement

We may, in our discretion and without liability (subject to applicable law):

• investigate suspected violations;
• remove or disable User Content;
• issue warnings;
• suspend or terminate Accounts or access;
• block IP addresses or devices;
• report serious violations to law enforcement or regulators; and
• pursue other remedies available under the Terms of Service or law.

Repeated or serious violations (including intellectual property infringement, fraud, or illegal content) may result in permanent termination.

Enforcement decisions do not waive our right to act on other violations. Nothing in this Policy limits non-waivable consumer or data protection rights in your country of residence.

19. Reporting violations

To report abuse, security issues, or violations of this Policy, contact https://resodro.ai/contact with sufficient detail for us to investigate (URLs, Account email if relevant, dates, and description of the concern).

For copyright notices, use dmca [at] resodro [dot] ai as described in Section 15.

We have not appointed a named Grievance Officer (India). Grievances under applicable Indian law may be submitted through https://resodro.ai/contact, as described in the Terms of Service.

20. Changes to this acceptable use policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the current version at https://resodro.ai/legal/acceptable-use-policy and update the “Last updated” date at the top.

For material changes, we may provide additional notice (for example, by email to your Account email, a notice in the App, or a banner on the Website).

Your continued use of the Services after the “Last updated” date constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy where permitted by law, except where applicable law requires your explicit consent or gives you additional rights.

If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services and may cancel any paid subscription as described in our Cancellation and Refund Policy at https://resodro.ai/legal/cancellation-and-refund-policy.
