Profile stores your experience, education, skills, projects, and career goals (target role, industry, location, work preferences, and more) that powers your AI-native Career Copilot. Incomplete or outdated Profile details mean weaker results by your copilot. You can import profile from a resume to get started faster.

AI usage tokens are the shared limit across all features for AI usage. Each plan includes a monthly token allowance shown on pricing (for example as 5M for five millions of tokens). Heavier AI use draws more from that budget; lighter use draws less. When included tokens run out, AI features that need them may pause till the monthly reset, or until you add AI credits on eligible plan (Pro+ plan allows adding AI usage credits).

They’re two complementary controls. Feature limits cap how many times you can run specific actions (for example interview sessions, perspective analyses, or resume generations). AI tokens measure the overall AI compute budget behind those actions. You can hit a feature cap even with tokens left, or exhaust tokens while still having feature allowance. Both reset every month on subscription plans.

You’ll see a plan-limit notice and options to wait for the monthly reset or upgrade. For Pro+, feature limits are typically unlimited but if included AI usage tokens are exhausted, you can buy AI usage credits so AI work can continue.

Track usage under Usage section of the Settings that also shows activity history of usage events. Payments is where you manage plans, billing actions, and credit top-ups.

Upgrades on an active subscription are generally prorated for your billing cycle. You can cancel renewal anytime; access continues through the current period. If a plan change is scheduled, you can manage or abort it from Payments when that option is available.

It’s your personalized Job Search experience. Instead of sending you to a generic job board, it builds a shortlist of roles based on your profile, career goals, and preferences, so the opportunities you see are already filtered toward what you’re actually targeting. The goal is simple - less noise, clearer priorities, and more time spent on roles worth applying to.

First, complete and save your career goals in Profile (target role, preferences, and related details). Then open Job Search and start discovery. Until career goals are in place, personalized matching stays locked as because without that context, Resodro AI can’t reliably decide what’s relevant for you.

Career goals are the brief for your search. They tell what kind of roles to look for and how to rank them. If your goals are incomplete or outdated, results will feel off. When you update and save them, discovery and ranking refresh so your list stays aligned with where you’re headed now, not where you were last month.

Living discovery means your search doesn’t stop after the first batch of results. On plans that include it, new opportunities keep surfacing as soon as they emerge, so you can apply to relevant roles early. It’s useful if you’re actively looking or want to grab any better opportunity and don’t want to rely only on a one-time snapshot.

Shortlisting is the filtering step. Resodro AI narrows the market down to roles that are more likely to fit your goals and preferences. You still review and decide, but you start from a curated set instead of scrolling through a large, mostly irrelevant feed.

For many listings, you’ll see a short AI note explaining how the role relates to your background and goals. It’s meant to help you decide quickly whether to open the full description, apply, or pass, without reading every posting from scratch. It’s guidance for your judgment, not an automatic apply decision.

Prioritization ranks what you see by relevance, so stronger matches rise higher in your active list (for example, high-relevance roles). That helps you focus effort where you’re most competitive, instead of treating every listing as equal. You can still open, filter, and act on roles in the order that makes sense for you.

Job alerts are optional notifications when discovery finds roles that may deserve your attention. They’re there so you don’t have to check Job Search constantly. You can control related notification preferences in Settings.

Plans differ mainly on (1) how many job results you can see and (2) whether Living discovery is included. On the pricing cards, the number next to Intelligent job discovery is that plan’s visibility limit; ∞ means that plan doesn’t cap visible results.

If you’re in an active search, choose a plan with Living discovery and unlimited discovery limit.

Your discovery target updates. Rankings and what gets surfaced should reflect the new goals after you save, so your list stays current. That’s intentional as your target role, location, or preferences change, your shortlist should change with you rather than keeping you locked into an old search.

It’s an AI-driven mock interview experience built around your profile and career goals. You practice in a live session with dynamically generated questions and conversation, get feedback on both what you say and how you come across, and leave with clearer next steps so you improve before the real interview, not during it.

Open Interview Preparation, set your mic/camera preferences if you want, then start a session. Before launch, you may be asked whether to include coding exercises depending on your career goals and history. Once the session begins, the interview adapts as you respond rather than following a rigid script.

Sessions are profile-driven. A clearer profile and career goals help the AI interviewer ask questions that match the roles you’re targeting. If your background or goals are thin or outdated, practice will feel less relevant. Updating Profile before you practice is the fastest way to make sessions useful.

Yes, when they’re relevant to your profile and goals. At start, you can choose to include coding exercises or continue with a verbal-only interview. If you include them, you’ll work through exercise prompts in-session and get feedback on the submission that's useful if your target roles involve technical screens.

A microphone is important for a spoken mock interview. Camera is recommended if you want deeper presence-related feedback, but you can adjust mic/camera defaults before you start. Configure your preferred mic, camera, and speaker so the session feels like a real call.

As sessions are scored, you can see how you’re trending overall on a scale from Developing to Proficient to Exceptional based on your responses. You also get a progress view across sessions, not just isolated notes from a single run.

They’re quality bands for how your answers (and coding outcomes, when included) measured up in that session. Developing means there’s clear room to improve; Proficient means solid, interview-ready performance with polish still possible; Exceptional means strong performance against a hiring bar. Treat them as practice signals, not final judgments of your career.

On Needs attention, you’ll often see a Recommendation that's a concrete action tied to that finding. Use those as your shortlist of next moves, update materials, tighten positioning, practice a weak interview theme, adjust search focus or whatever the recommendation points to.

Perspective looks at how ready you appear for the roles you’re targeting, not just whether your materials exist, but whether they hold up against the direction you’re pursuing. It helps answer: “Am I competing from a strong position, or do I need to close gaps before moving aggressively?”

Positioning is how clearly your experience, goals, and materials tell a coherent story for the roles you want. Perspective flags when that story is strong and when it’s fuzzy, mismatched, or incomplete so you can tighten how you present yourself.

They mark items that recently appeared or changed after a refresh. That’s useful when you re-run analysis, you can scan what’s new instead of re-reading the entire board from scratch.

Run an analysis after your profile and goals are solid, then work the highest-impact Needs attention items first. Re-check Well positioned so you know what to lean on in applications and interviews if you're actively searching for new opportunities. Update after major changes, and use the recommendations as a weekly focus list rather than trying to fix everything at once.

It’s your Industry Outlook, research grounded in your target role and industry so you can see the trends, shifts, and opportunities shaping the market you’re aiming for. You get a structured view you can use to position your search, materials, and interview stories more intelligently.

Add a target role and industry under Profile → Career goals, then return to Industry Outlook to initiate the research. Without that target, the product can’t ground research in a specific market. Vague or missing goals usually mean weaker or unavailable outlook content.

Living research means your outlook isn’t only a one-time report. After research is available, the experience is designed to keep uncovering trends, shifts, and opportunities related to your target role and industry over time so your view of the market can stay useful as conditions change, not freeze on the day you first clicked Research.

It’s the top-level summary of your outlook that's the narrative overview that frames the rest of the page. Read it first to understand the big picture, then dive into the sections for more specific themes. It’s the fastest way to get oriented before you dig into details.

This covers what the market tends to look for in people targeting your kind of role such as skills, experience signals, and hiring expectations that show up in the landscape. Use it to check whether your profile, resume, and interview stories emphasize what employers currently value.

Market momentum highlights where activity and attention seem to be heading in your target space such as growth areas, cooling areas, or shifts in demand. It’s useful when you’re deciding how aggressively to pursue a direction, how to phrase positioning, or whether your target is gaining or losing heat.

These are themes and discussions shaping how people talk about your industry and role such as common narratives, debates, and focus areas. They’re helpful for sounding current in interviews, networking, and written positioning without pretending you’ve memorized every headline.

Emerging trends flag newer or accelerating developments that may affect hiring, skills, tools, or role design. Treat them as early signals worth watching and, when relevant, reflecting in how you prepare.

Depending on what’s relevant for your target, sections can also include themes like strategic drivers, technology landscape, key developments, and leading indicators. Newer insight points may be marked so you can spot what recently appeared.

Yes. Your conversations library lets you reopen earlier threads, search them, and continue where you left off or review what the Strategist already covered. That’s useful when you want continuity instead of starting from zero every time.

Perspective is a structured board of what’s working and what needs attention. Strategist is a feature for exploring those findings, asking “what should I do next?”, and working through tradeoffs. Check Perspective for the map, then use Strategist to plan the route.
