1. Introduction
This Cancellation and Refund Policy (“Policy”) explains how subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds work when you use Resodro AI on:
- https://resodro.ai (the “Website”); and
- https://app.resodro.ai (the “App”),
together with related billing and account features (collectively, the “Services”).
This Policy supplements our Terms of Service at https://resodro.ai/legal/terms-of-service. For cancellations and refunds, this Policy controls over the Terms of Service where they conflict.

2. Who this policy applies to
This Policy applies to anyone who purchases or uses a paid subscription for the Services, including users who access the Services from outside India.
Free Plan users may use the Services without charge subject to the Terms of Service; this Policy focuses on paid plans.
3. Plans overview
3.1 Free Plan
The Free Plan is provided as available at no charge. We may change, limit, or discontinue Free Plan features at any time as described in the Terms of Service.
3.2 Pro Plan (and other paid plans)
We offer a paid Pro Plan and may offer other paid plans from time to time. Plan names, features, usage limits, and display prices are shown on the Website and/or in the App.
Displayed prices may be shown in USD (United States Dollars) or other currencies at checkout and may vary by location. The amount you are actually charged may differ because of taxes, currency conversion, promotions, regional pricing, or payment-processor configuration.
Usage limits and feature availability for each plan are shown in the App and may change in accordance with the Terms of Service.
4. Dodo Payments as merchant of record
Paid subscriptions are sold by Dodo Payments Inc. and/or its affiliates (“Dodo Payments”) acting as merchant of record and reseller on behalf of Resodro AI.
This means:
- Dodo Payments processes your payment and may issue tax invoices or receipts according to Dodo Payments’ systems;
- Dodo Payments (not Resodro AI) is the seller of record for the transaction;
- your bank or card statement may show a billing descriptor assigned by Dodo Payments;
- Dodo Payments’ checkout terms and notices apply at the time of purchase; and
- certain billing support actions may be completed through Dodo Payments’ customer portal when available from your Account.
Resodro AI provides the software Services. Dodo Payments handles payment processing and merchant-of-record obligations unless we tell you otherwise in writing.
For payment disputes on your card or bank statement, you may need to work with Dodo Payments and/or your payment provider in addition to contacting us.
5. Billing and auto-renewal
5.1 Billing in advance
Pro subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on what you select at checkout).
5.2 Auto-renewal
Unless you cancel before the end of your current billing period, your subscription automatically renews for the same period and you will be charged the then-current price (plus applicable taxes) using your payment method on file with Dodo Payments.
You are responsible for canceling if you do not want to be charged again.
5.3 Price changes
We may change subscription prices for future billing periods. Where required by applicable law, we will give you notice before a price increase takes effect on renewal. Continued use after the effective date of a renewal charge may constitute acceptance of the new price where permitted by law.
5.4 Taxes and currency
Taxes may be added at checkout based on your location. If your payment method is in a different currency than the checkout currency, your bank may apply conversion fees or exchange rates that we do not control.
6. How to cancel your subscription
Canceling stops future charges. It does not automatically refund amounts already paid unless this Policy or applicable law requires a refund.
6.1 Cancel in the App
- Sign in to the App at https://app.resodro.ai.
- Open Settings (or your account area).
- Open Payments / billing / subscription (wording may vary).
- Use Cancel renewal (or similar) to stop the next charge.
If cancellation is already scheduled, you may see an option to undo a scheduled cancel-at-period-end before the current period ends.

6.2 Cancel through Dodo Payments
When available, you may cancel or manage billing through Dodo Payments’ customer portal opened from the App’s payments area (for example via a “Manage billing” or similar control).
Follow Dodo Payments’ instructions to cancel renewal or update payment details.
If the portal is unavailable, use in-app cancellation (Section 6.1) or contact us.
6.3 When cancellation takes effect
Unless we state otherwise at cancellation:
- you typically keep Pro access until the end of the current paid period you have already paid for; and
- you are not charged again after that period ends.
After the period ends, your Account usually moves to the Free Plan (Section 9). Free Plan limits apply.
6.4 Cancel at period end
Our default in-app flow typically schedules cancellation at period end (cancel renewal), which stops the next charge while keeping Pro access for the time you have already paid for. Use that option unless you intentionally want paid access to end sooner (if we offer that).
7. Account deletion is not subscription cancellation
Important: Deleting your Resodro AI Account or requesting account deletion under our Privacy Policy does not by itself cancel your Dodo Payments subscription.
- To stop future charges, you must cancel the subscription through the App or Dodo Payments customer portal (Section 6).
- Account deletion may be subject to a grace period (for example 30 days) as described in the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. During grace, you may still be billed if the subscription remains active.
- If you request account deletion while on a paid Pro Plan, verify in the App’s payments area that renewal is canceled if you do not want further charges.
If you want to stop paying, cancel billing first, then delete your Account if you wish.
8. Free trials and promotional periods
From time to time we may offer a free trial or promotional access to Pro features. Terms will be shown at signup or checkout.
- When the trial or promotion ends, your subscription may convert to a paid plan and you may be charged unless you cancel before the conversion date.
- Set a reminder to cancel before the trial ends if you do not want to pay.
Complimentary or promotional Pro access granted by Resodro AI without a paid subscription charge through Dodo Payments may be revoked at any time and does not create a right to refunds for amounts you did not pay.
9. Downgrades and Free Plan after cancellation
When your paid period ends after cancellation:
- your Account typically continues on the Free Plan;
- Free Plan limits apply as shown in the App; and
- your User Content may remain stored subject to the Privacy Policy at https://resodro.ai/legal/privacy-policy and applicable plan limits.
You may delete your Account or export your documents before cancellation if you want to keep copies.
10. Refund policy
10.1 General rule: fees already paid are non-refundable
Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in this Policy, all fees already paid are non-refundable, including:
- partial billing periods after you cancel mid-cycle (you usually retain access until period end, but no cash refund);
- annual plans where you cancel before the year ends; and
- fees where you forgot to cancel before renewal.
10.2 Billing errors and duplicate charges
If you believe you were charged in error, duplicated, or without authorization, contact us promptly at https://resodro.ai/contact with:
- your Account email address;
- date and amount of the charge; and
- Dodo Payments receipt, invoice, or transaction reference if you have it.
We will review with Dodo Payments where applicable. You should also contact your bank or card issuer if you believe the charge was fraudulent.
10.3 Service unavailability
Temporary outages, maintenance, or feature limits (including plan caps) do not automatically entitle you to a refund unless required by law. We work to restore the Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation (see Terms of Service and Disclaimer).
10.4 Chargebacks and payment disputes
If you file a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank without contacting us first, we may suspend your Account while the dispute is investigated. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in permanent termination.

11. Consumers in the European Union and United Kingdom
If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom (buying for personal use outside your trade, business, or profession), you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts, subject to exceptions for digital services.
11.1 Digital content and immediate access
The Services are digital services delivered electronically. If you purchase a subscription and request or obtain immediate access to Pro features when payment is completed (for example by using Pro features right after checkout), you may lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We will present any required acknowledgment at checkout where applicable (for example confirming that you want immediate access and understand withdrawal may be lost).
11.2 How to exercise withdrawal (when it applies)
If you have not lost the withdrawal right and wish to withdraw within 14 days of purchase, contact https://resodro.ai/contact with your request and purchase details.
If withdrawal applies:
- we will refund payments received from you without undue delay and within timeframes required by law; and
- refunds are typically processed through Dodo Payments to your original payment method.
11.3 After withdrawal period
After the withdrawal period (or if withdrawal does not apply), Section 10 (non-refundable fees) applies except where other mandatory consumer rights apply.
12. Consumers in India and other countries
12.1 India
If you are a consumer in India, you may have rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and other applicable law. Nothing in this Policy limits non-waivable statutory rights.
For grievances related to the Services or billing, contact https://resodro.ai/contact. We have not appointed a named Grievance Officer; the contact page is used for grievances as described in the Terms of Service.
12.2 Other jurisdictions
Users in other countries may have mandatory cancellation, cooling-off, or refund rights. Where local law gives you greater rights than this Policy, local law applies to that extent.
13. Business and organizational customers
If you purchase on behalf of a business or organization, consumer withdrawal rights may not apply. Refunds are handled under this Policy and any separate written agreement with Resodro AI unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
Organizational use of personal data about others is also governed by our Data Processing Agreement at https://resodro.ai/legal/data-processing-agreement.
14. How refunds are processed
When we or Dodo Payments approve a refund:
- refunds are made to the original payment method where possible;
- processing time depends on Dodo Payments and your bank (often several business days or longer); and
- we do not control bank processing timelines.
Refunds are in the currency charged at checkout, subject to Dodo Payments and banking rules.
15. Changes to this cancellation and refund policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the current version at https://resodro.ai/legal/cancellation-and-refund-policy and update the “Last updated” date at the top.
For material changes, we may provide additional notice (for example, by email to your Account email, a notice in the App, or a banner on the Website).
Changes apply going forward and do not reduce refund rights for amounts already paid where applicable law prohibits that.
Your continued use of paid Services after the “Last updated” date may constitute acceptance of the revised Policy where permitted by law. If you do not agree, cancel your subscription (Section 6) and stop using the Services.
