1. Introduction
This page lists subprocessors (thirdparty providers) that Resodro AI engages to process personal data when providing the Services on:
- https://resodro.ai (the “Website”); and
- https://app.resodro.ai (the “App”),
together with related APIs and support (collectively, the “Services”).
We use subprocessors to deliver core functions including identity/access controls, hosting, analytics/AI-assisted features, payments, job listing data sourcing, email, support operations, and (on the Website, where enabled) analytics/advertising technologies.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that personal data may be processed by subprocessors as described in the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and (for organizational use) the Data Processing Agreement.
3. How we engage subprocessors
- We engage providers necessary to operate the Services with reasonable reliability and safeguards.
- We use contractual and/or standard protections appropriate to each provider and relationship, consistent with applicable law.
- Subprocessors publish their own terms and privacy/security materials.
- Personal data may be processed outside your country, including regions where providers operate or host services. Transfer tools and safeguards are described in the Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.
4. Changes to subprocessors
We may add, replace, or remove subprocessors as the Services evolve.
- We will update this page and the “Last updated” date when changes are posted.
- For material changes affecting organizational customers, we will give notice as stated in the Data Processing Agreement, where legally required (for example advance notice periods).
- If you object to a new subprocessor on reasonable data-protection grounds, see the remedies and procedures in your Data Processing Agreement.
5. Subprocessor list
This table summarizes providers/categories engaged as processors along our chain (subprocessors) or processors used for discrete processing activities. Not every listed item is enabled in every deployment at all times.

For material changes, additional notice may be provided as described in the DPA and Privacy Policy.
Your continued use of the Services after the “Last updated” date constitutes acknowledgment of the updated list where permitted by law. Organizational customers who object should follow the DPA. Individual users who do not agree should stop using the Services and may cancel paid subscriptions per the Cancellation and Refund Policy https://resodro.ai/legal/cancellation-and-refund-policy .
